ABOUT ME

Once upon a time, you would have never caught me dead posing for photos and more so, sharing on public platforms. I’ve always had a passion for fashion but never pursued it because I chose to follow the traditional career path of the corporate world of finance and subsequently brand management. While I love and will continue pursuing my career in Marketing, I’ve created this blog, FBW+, as the platform where I can express and share my love and interest for Fashion, Beauty, and Wellness. 

 

It’s hard to say where this love for fashion grew from but I do recall a childhood surrounded by rolls and rolls of raw cloth material, multiple sewing machines, racks of completed and partially completed clothing designs, a large cutting table covered with brown paper with markings and cuttings, the semblance of a pattern, and all the other paraphernalia you would find in the sewing room of an artisan designer/seamstress. That’s where you would find my mom, measuring tape around her neck, with my sisters and I afoot.

My name is Natasha Ramjohn. I am a business woman who has had the privilege of working on leading brands such as Timex, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Elizabeth Arden, Cadbury, HP, Coca-Cola, Gillette, Wal-Mart, Heart & Stroke, and Toronto Region Board of Trade, to name a few. Recently, exploring my passion for fashion, I have immersed myself in the Fashion industry and have had the privilege of working with some amazing Canadian designers and some spectacular fashion events.

My blog is a work in progress. My aim is very simple. It’s not to sell nor persuade but to share what I learn through this journey of self-discovery. Along my journey, as I grow, so will my blog.
